Some remaining Patagonian pics

As you might have guessed from the explosion of postings today, I finally found a place with a good, quick connection. So I just wanted to take advantage of my luck and post a few remaining pics from Patagonia.

First, two signs that you don´t usually see everyday. This one might explain why our border crossing took so long.

This second one is a typical one showing what services a town offers, but I thought this one was interesting as it seems to offer cowboy services or something. I can´t really decipher what the two images on the top row are supposed to signify. I think the top right means that there´s a cello playing cowboy available in town?

Patagonia is pretty desolate. This picture captures how wide open the countryside and the skies are.

In El Calafate, we got some great sunrises and sunsets, like this one.

If you´re in Patagonia, you have to visit Perito Moreno glacier. The front face of the glacier is 60-80 meters high. It is one of the most beautiful glaciers and also fairly active. You have to be extremely unlucky not to see at least some part of the face crashing into the lake. Fortunately we got an absolutely beautiful day when we went there because it´s an impressive sight. The sounds of the wall crashing down is also cool to hear.
